Our 60-day money-back guarantee
If you don't love your Luvessa UV Night Guard, email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund the full price of your product(s). You don't need to send it back. No hoops.
This covers every option we sell: the 1 Unit, the 2-Pack and the 4-Pack.
How to get a refund
Email us at support.creatureguard@gmail.com with:
- your order number (you'll find it in your order confirmation email)
- the email address you used at checkout
You don't have to tell us why, but if you do, it helps us improve. A real person reads every email and usually replies within 1 business day.
What you get back
We refund the price of the product(s) only. Original shipping charges are not refunded. The money goes back to the card or payment method you used to order.
Once we approve your refund, we process it within a maximum of 30 days. After that, your bank or card company may take a few more business days to show it on your statement.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, or we sent you the wrong thing, email support.creatureguard@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Every order comes with a free digital guide, sent by email after checkout. It's a free bonus, so there's nothing to pay or refund for it, and you can keep it even if you get a refund.
